4. Fees, Payments & Invoicing

Services operate on transparent retainer or project milestone plans. Retainer invoices are billed monthly in advance. Projects require an initial deposit before commencement, with remaining balances due upon milestone delivery as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom-created marketing graphics, websites, and finalized design deliverables become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Alizra Digital retains the non-exclusive right to showcase completed non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing case studies.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business processes, trade secrets, campaign analytics, and financial arrangements disclosed during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Alizra Digital executes campaigns using industry best practices and data analytics, we do not guarantee specific monetary sales figures or third-party ad algorithm behaviors. In no event shall Alizra Digital be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform outages or third-party policy modifications.

8. Term & Termination

Retainer agreements run on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day written cancellation notice unless otherwise contracted. Final invoices will cover all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably through good-faith executive negotiation.
